Kinsley’s best friend in the whole, wide world is her sister, Tia.  The two have a unique bond that is quite unusual for siblings sixteen years apart.  Since Tia is such a huge part of Kinsley’s life, it’s only natural that she wants to be like her older sister.  She will walk around in Tia’s high heels, wear her perfume and loves it when Tia curls her hair.

One of their favorite past times is putting on make up.  Tia will give Kinsley a make-over and she will run upstairs and show me how pretty she looks.  As cute as it is, I am not too keen on my three year slathering chemicals all over her face.

The Little Cosmetics play make-up set has vibrant colors, realistic shades and a soft, smooth texture and is fabulously realistic!  So much so, that I had no idea how it looked and felt so real but left nothing on your skin. I had to look really close at the make-up to see that it is actually made a foam-like material.

The compacts, cases and tools looked every bit as good as ones I might buy myself.

Kinsley couldn’t stand it anymore, she had to try it!  I sat her down with a mirror and let her have at it!  After watching Tia for so long, she knew exactly what to do.

It was pretty cute watching her apply her make-up.  She picked up each piece and carefully “applied” every color with precision.

I wondered if she would be disappointed when she didn’t see any color on her face.  I had warned her that it was pretend make-up and not grown up make up like Tia’s.  She didn’t care at all.  She was just so happy to be a big girl.

Every day, she gets up and does her make up.  When we have visitors, she pulls out her make-up set and does make over’s for every one.  It’s beyond adorable and I am happy knowing that she is not harming her skin with Little Cosmetics!

    My 2 year old little girl would love the ultimate set of course! It’s so funny that I came across this giveaway, just last night she got into my make-up for the first time. If only I could post a picture here, she had her face covered in lipstick, eyeshadow, eyeliner, etc…needless to say, she looked like a zombie lol… My daughter NEEDS this pretend make-up!!
