When my son was a toddler, we bought him a Little Tikes basketball hoop. He had so much fun with it, so it was only natural that we keep tradition with my grandson Liam. Liam is almost 15 months old but the Little Tikes TotSports Easy Score Basketball Hoop is perfect for him to shoot baskets.
When the Little Tikes TotSports Easy Score Basketball Set arrived, I took it out and began putting it together. My husband usually is in charge of any and all assemble but since I was faced with a couple curious kids, I set to work. It’s was very easy, with some pieces snapping together and a few screws to secure the backboard. The base also has openings to put sand inside so it is more secure and won’t tip over. Once the basketball set was ready, we took it outside to give it a go!
The Little Tikes Tot Sports Easy Score Basketball set adjusts to six heights, from 2 to 4 feet, and includes a junior sized basketball. On the lowest setting, Liam had no trouble at all making the getting the ball into the oversize basket and since it adjusts, he will be able to use this hoop for several years.
Not to be left out, we adjusted the basketball set to a higher setting for Kinsley. At three, she was easily challenged and we still had more height settings available for when she grows.
Both kids had so much fun with this basketball set and it is little enough that they can play inside or outdoors.
Little Tikes is a brand I have been buying for 20 years and the toys are durable and last forever. This one was no different! The Little Tikes TotSport Easy Score is a great basketball set for growing toddlers and preschoolers that will help develop their coordination and motor skills!
