Your certification will remain valid until this agreement is officially terminated. Either you or IBM may end the agreement with or without cause with a one month written notice. If you reject this agreement, breach its terms, or give any misrepresentation, then IBM may terminate this agreement. As a carrier of an official IBM certification, you will have to agree to conduct your business in a manner that does not negatively impact IBM’s reputation. IBM can use its discretion to decide whether or not your practices meet their standards. IBM will not be held liable for any damages, which may include losses of monetary profit and savings or any other consequential damages.
