    Love the nonstick idea. The main selling point for my family may be the fact that the metal extends through the handle since we have bought a different “Never needs sharpened” knife set and found the handles and blades have separated over time and the knives have dulled. The dulled knives make it extremely aggravating to make our salsa and pasta sauces with all the tomatoes from our garden!! Our old knife set also did not come with a large storage block to store most of the knifes we use, forcing us to store all the “Extras” in a drawer without a lot of safety and organization. A soft comfort grip would be amazing since I would rather chop/dice/cut everything by hand than using a machine.
