Bella Viva Orchards Gourmet Fruits & Nuts Gifts {review & giveaway}

I remember when I was younger in California, the hundreds of acres of Orchards.  You could drive down any street and find little fruit and nut stands, throw your money in a tin can and sink your teeth into a ripe peach.  My uncle picked bags and bags of almonds and I ate so many back then, that I couldn’t touch them for years.  I really miss the fresh fruits and nuts of my childhood now that I have lived in Idaho for so many years.

So when I was given the opportunity to try Bella Viva Orchards Gourmet Fruit & Nuts, I hopped on it!  A little bit of home delivered right to my door?  Yes!

The California Fruits & Nuts 3lbs. tray is actually two 24 oz. trays, one with fruit and one with nuts!  The nut tray included roasted, light salted almonds and pistachios.  The fruit tray has big plump sun dried apricots, white nectarines, pears, peaches and moyer plums.

I opened up the nut tray and the first thing I noticed was that they were the nicest looking nuts I have seen in awhile.  That may seem weird but there honestly was not a misshapen nut in the bunch.   I could easily serve them at a party.  Both varieties were perfectly fresh and tasted delicious.

The fruit tray was amazing. I have never seen dried fruit so big and plump.  The fruit was soft and delicious.  It wasn’t too chewy or dry, but just right!
