WeddingHappy Wedding Planner App Review + Nordstrom’s Giveaway

My oldest daughter is engaged to be married.  You could say, there have been tears.  Yes, tears of joy.

It isn’t all joyous though.  Have you seen how much goes into planning a wedding? My husband and I decided on a Friday to run off to the Hitching Post the next Tuesday to get married.  I didn’t plan anything.

But as they say, “There’s an App for that!” and I have a wonderful wedding planning app thanks to WeddingHappy!  If I could make a slogan for them it would be “Bringing the Happy back into the Wedding” because a party planner I am not.  Forget Bridezilla, meet Momzilla.  Stress does not bring out my good side.

So what does this Wedding Happy do to ease Wedding Planning?

Let’s take a look!

About WeddingHappy:

WeddingHappy is a versatile wedding planner app for the iPhone, available around the world for free to download on the iTunes App Store. It is designed to be a simple and mobile wedding planning tool for brides and grooms-to-be to help them keep track of wedding planning tasks, manage vendor contacts and keep a calendar using their iPhones.  No need to haul around those heavy binders or complicate things with hard-to-navigate planning apps!  WeddingHappy can be customized by the user in a number of ways, and to any wedding.  And users can easily communicate their planning updates since WeddingHappy is integrated with Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, and even Siri!

Sounds cool, huh?

The iPhone wedding app makes it easy to organize everything on your wedding planning to-do list in one easy place.

When you open the app, you will see your dashboard with information such as your wedding date countdown and your tasks to do as well as one you have completed.

The tasks you enter are organized so you can view them by due date, category or ones that you have completed.  Each task has a place to put notes and you can set notifications to your phone so you don’t miss a due date!

WeddingHappy Features:

★ Immediately upon installing, you will have a full list of tasks with suggested due dates — change or remove tasks to meet your needs.
★ Add the tasks to your Calendar or a shared Calendar.
★ Setup notifications so your phone reminds you when tasks are due.
★ Email the tasks to yourself, your friends or your future spouse. Tell them “You’re doing this one, not me! :)
★ Dashboard overview to show planning progression.
★ Post your updates to Facebook and Twitter. Go on, brag about the awesome cake topper you finally found.
★ Add your vendors from your Contacts or create new Contacts. Associate tasks to vendors too!
★ We added achievements for you to unlock to keep your planning fun so you stay motivated.
★ If you need to change your wedding date for some reason, it’s no problem. You can shift the task due dates too if needed.

This will help so much to keep us organized!  I want my daughter’s wedding day to be special and the WeddingHappy Wedding Planner App is a great tool!
