And finally, the last ten minutes breaks down some of Kathryn’s favorite poses into easy to follow steps.
This DVD was great for my daughter, who is a beginner. She was able to keep up and learn some new techniques for when she starts up class again. Kinsley thinks yoga is the coolest thing and often practices her poses right along side her big sister! I watched the DVD while they did it, because I am not as adventurous as my daughters, and its pretty amazing to watch. Kathryn makes everything look so graceful. It’s almost like watching a performance rather than an exercise video!
